How to file an infringement notice
If you own the rights (or act on the owner's behalf) and believe content on this site infringes them, send us a notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or that of the person authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or, if several, a representative list.
- The exact address (URL) of the infringing content on this site, so we can locate it.
- Your contact details: name, address, phone and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
You can use the form on this page or write to the email above. We review every notice within 48 hours and, if it is valid, remove the content and inform the person who posted it.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice with: your signature; identification of the removed content and where it was; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake; your name, address and phone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you live outside the US, any judicial district in which we may be found) and to accept service of process from the person who sent the notice. If within 10 to 14 business days we are not informed that legal action has been filed, we may restore the content.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of models and users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
False notices
Anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that content is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)). If you are not sure whether content infringes your rights, consult a lawyer first.
